ZY Series Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant

ZY Series Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant is specially
designed for treating transformer oil and other kinds of insulating oil in
the oil-filled electrical equipment. Through degasification, dehydration,
filtration process, the dissolved gases and moisture, mechanical impurities
can be effectively removed.

ZY Series Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant is widely
used in factory workshops, power transmission and generation station. After
treatment, the quality and breakdown voltage of transformer oil will be
improved, this will extend transformer oil service life, and also extend
transformer service life and reliability.

FEATURES:
1. Large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique, advance
dehydrating and degassing system, which remove water and gas much quickly and
completely.

2. High precision three stage oil filtration system, including primary
filter, secondary filter, fine filter with gradually increasing precision,
the dimensions of filter element is bigger than most of other manufacturers,
which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from oil.

3. Advanced liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector, which
ensure long-term safely and reliable operation.

4. All necessary control switch, light indicator and meter are equipped on
the control panel which provides easy control for operation and supervision.

5. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and
liquid level sensor.

6. High efficiency electric heating system, heating oil uniformity, avoid oil
deterioration during the purification process.

7. After purification the transformer oil’s technical parameters and
properties are reclaimed, the oil’s breakdown voltage can reach up to 60 KV
and better.
