I.Product Overview
1.1 Overview
The training device is mainly an integrated equipment mechanical platform for
electromechanical equipment composed of step -by -wire sliding platform,
electrical switch, stepping motor controller, step motor drive, power module,
position sensor, force sensor, etc. Through relevant experiments, the operating
characteristics of the step -by -step motor control system can be familiar with
the operating characteristics of the stepper motor control system, and the
corresponding knowledge and skills of students can be cultivated. It is
suitable for teaching and skills training for high vocational, college,
secondary vocational schools, and related majors in technical schools.
1.2 Features
(1) The training table uses an aluminum alloy substrate to build a training
platform with a bottom foot with a solid structure. The modules of each
execution agency are placed on the substrate, which is convenient to use and is
not easy to damage.
(2) The control unit adopts the hanging mode. The power supply and input and
output points of the controller are drawn to the panel through the safety
terminal. The experimental wiring is connected by the 2mm test cable, which is
safe and reliable.
