Pump Applications:

ZA,ZAO Petrochemical process centrifugal pumps are used to transport clean liquid
or other liquid which has solid with low temperature or high temperature and
neutral or corrosive liquids. they are specially used to transport some chemical
liquids with different temperature and corrosion such as acid. Alkali, salt and
other liquid with corrosive materials. The pump is applied to oil refining and
petro chemical products and environment project and sea project, petrol
transporting project, water supply, heating project and paper making ,sugar
refining, pharmacy and so on.

Pump introduction:

The pump is single horizontal radial cut-Opening volute pump and Casing is
supported by its feet, single radical impeller. Sucked from the shaft direction and
radial discharged. It adopts front or back ring and balance hole. to carry through
water power balance. The padding box of cooling or heat up pipe joint, The shaft
seal is made of padding seal and you may choose single end or double end mechanical
seal which have cooling ;wash or seal fluid system.

The rotate direction; seen from the end of prime mover, it is clockwise.

ZA petrochemical process pump is designed on the basis of API610

Pumps performance range:

Caliber DN 25 to 400mm Capacity 3 to 2600m3/h, Head 4 to 250m Operating pressure
Max2.5Mpa and Operating temperature 80 to 240 degree Celsius.
