The TC oil seal is a contamination-resistant shaft seal consisting of a single rubber-coated metal cage, a primary and secondary sealing lip with integrated spring.
Most industries use oil seals primarily to keep grease in a specific housing or housing. These are effective methods of filling gaps between stationary and moving parts of various machines and mechanical equipment. This barrier effectively protects the machine from dangerous impurities and dirt while preventing lubricant leakage.
These dynamic seals are widely used for low pressure lubricants and high speed rotating shafts. When bearings are used to support a rotating shaft, oil seals are used to keep lubricating fluid in the system and keep contaminants out. A rubber elastomer attached to the metal housing or container provides these durability with its garter springs to help keep the lip on the shaft. These are usually placed next to the bearings to seal out or out of various gases, liquids or solids that a particular mechanism will encounter in operation. The oil seal is also available as split type, which is easy to install and effectively reduces downtime by preventing mechanical disassembly. These come in single or double lip varieties and are recommended for horizontal shafts.
The TC oil seal is a double-lip radial seal equipped with a garter spring, which can operate at low pressure to prevent the entry of impurities. The rubber coating enhances the
The sealing ability. The inner surface of the stainless steel case is partially coated with rubber. The auxiliary sealing lip protects against contamination and dust with an additional dust lip. You can use this seal in contaminated environments. A proper lubricant should be used between the two sealing lips to maximize performance over the life of the seal.
In mechanical equipment, oil seals (also known as grease, fluid, or dirt seals) seal the gap between stationary and moving parts to help stop lubricants from evaporating. In addition, they prevent dangerous impurities from entering the machine, especially under harsh conditions. Oil seals are vital components of nearly any type of operating machine or vehicle, protecting a wide variety of well-engineered, tight-fitting ball, sleeve and roller bearings.
Advantages of TC oil seal:
1. Excellent static sealing.
2. Extremely effective thermal expansion compensation.
3. Allow the shell to have greater roughness to reduce the risk of rust.
4. Low-viscosity and high-viscosity fluid seals.
5. The currently used main sealing lip has a small radial force.
6. Protection from unwanted air pollutants.
To keep the oil in the rotating shaft equipment while preventing the ingress of dirt, dust, water or any other contaminants, seals are suitable. They are often used to protect the bearings of rotating shafts.
Nitrile rubber is referred to as nitrile rubber (NBR). The substance has excellent engineering qualities as a universal sealing lip material.
Advantages of NBR material:
1. Outstanding wear resistance and good resilience
2. Good elongation and tensile strength
3. Excellent resistance to animal and vegetable oils
4. Strong fuel and oil resistance
5 Excellent water resistance
Advantages of FKM materials:
1. Excellent high temperature resistance
2. Excellent wear resistance
3. Excellent oil resistance
4. Excellent weather resistance
5. Excellent ozone resistance
6. Excellent water resistance
