Documents and commission:
Before starting negotiations and sending FCO, SPA, CI to the buyer. Each
buyer must send the seller a set of documents:
1. Client Information Sheet (CIS)
2. ICPO + COPY of passport + Company registration certificate
3. BCL / RWA / POF - the amount of money for the first batch of fuel.
4. TSA / TSR
5. MANDATE BUYER (APOSTILLE) - from the buyer, to our company, we are
agents.
6. NCNDA
*Documents must be fresh, issued no more than 5 days ago.
*All documents must be made by and for one company.
*All documents must have fresh seals, documents must be scanned and in PDF
format.

Commission distribution:
5$ - seller's side (closed), seller's mandate.
5$ - buyer's side (closed), for us, we are agents.

Point 2. Our offer:
Oil products of origin: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Qatar.
FOB procedure: TANK TO TANK / TANK TO VESSEL
Delivery terms: CIF ASWP, FOB port Fujairah, Rotterdam, Houston.
Payment terms: T/T MT103, DLC, SBLC.

Minimum Quantity: 1,000,000 Barrels.
Maximum Quantity: 10,000,000 Barrels x 12 Months.
FOB Price: Gross ~ 85$/BBL.

• ULTRA LOW SULPHUR DIESEL FUEL EN590 10PPM
Minimum Quantity: 50,000 MT.
Maximum Quantity: 500,000 MT x 12 Months.
FOB Price: Gross ~ 560$/MT.
