Documents and commission:
Before starting negotiations and sending FCO, SPA, CI to the buyer. Each
buyer must send the seller a set of documents:
1. Client Information Sheet (CIS)
2. ICPO + Scan of the director's passport.
3. BCL / RWA / POF - the amount of money for the first batch of copper
cathodes.
4. MANDATE BUYER (APOSTILLE) - from the buyer, to our company, we are
agents.
5. NCNDA
Documents must be fresh, issued no more than 5 days ago.
All documents must be made from one and for one company.

Commission distribution:
1% - seller's side (closed), seller's mandate.
1% - buyer's side (closed), for us, we are agents.

Point 2. Our offer:
• Electrolytic copper cathode grade A.
• Purity: 99.97 - 99.99%
• Origin: Zambia or D.R. Congo
• Seller: Hong Kong company.
• Minimum order quantity: 1000 tons per month.
• Maximum order quantity: 5000 tons per month.
• We conclude only annual contracts for 12 months.
• Price: LME discount - 16%
• Payment terms: DLC MT 700
• Delivery terms: CIF ASWP.
• Inspection: SGS or equivalent.
• Delivery cost is already included.

We do not have big discounts of 20% - 50% !!!
