Volkswagen Passat CAN-BUS System Teaching Board

1. Product introduction
Using the Volkswagen Passat B5 car CAN-BUS 2.0 data bus system test bench
using the new Volkswagen B5 car body CAN bus system, including power windows,
central door lock and rearview mirror system based on the physical, fully
demonstrate the car body CAN bus system, including power windows, central door
lock and rearview mirror system composition structure and work process.
It is suitable for the teaching needs of theory and maintenance practical
training of auto body CAN bus system, including power windows, central door
lock and rear view mirror system.

2. Functional features
1) The real CAN bus system, including power windows, central door lock and
rear view mirror system, fully demonstrates the composition structure of the
car power windows, central door lock and rear view mirror system.
2) Manipulate the power window switch, central door lock switch and mirror
switch to demonstrate the working process of auto body CAN bus system,
including power window, central door lock and mirror system.
3) The panel of the teaching board is made of 4mm thick corrosion-resistant,
trauma-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof and moisture-proof senior
aluminum plastic board, the surface of which is treated by special process of
spraying primer; the panel is printed with colorful circuit diagrams that never
fade; the students can visually compare the circuit diagrams and the objects,
recognize and analyze the working principle of the car power window, central
door lock and rear-view mirror system.
4) The panel of the teaching board is installed with detection terminals,
which can directly detect the electrical signals of the electric window,
central door lock and mirror system, such as resistance, voltage, current,
frequency signals, etc.
5) The panel part of the teaching board adopts 1.5mm cold plate stamping and
forming structure, beautiful appearance; the bottom frame part adopts steel
structure welding, the surface is treated with spraying technology, with self-
locking castor device, the base of the teaching board is equipped with about
40cm desktop, convenient to place information, light testing instruments, etc.
6) The teaching board works with ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is
converted into 12V DC power supply by the internal circuit, without battery,
reducing the trouble of charging, and the 12V DC power supply has anti-short
circuit function.
7) Configured with fault insertion, evaluation, and data acquisition system.
