1.Product introduction
1)Adopt the car airbag and seat belt tightener system as the basis, fully
display the composition structure and working process of the car airbag and
seat belt tightener system.
2)The teaching board of automobile airbag and seat belt tightener system is
suitable for teaching needs of theory and maintenance practical training of
automobile airbag and seat belt tightener system in school.

2. Functional characteristics
1)The stand is equipped with a functional car safety system SRS that includes
four air bags, crash sensors, mechanism of air bag steering wheel module and
spiral cable, front seat belts with igniters and tensioners, rear seat belts
and two control units.
2) Manipulate the collision trolley, simulate the car collision process, left
and right simulation airbag rapid inflation and expansion, real demonstration
of the work process of the car airbag system.
3)The panel of the teaching board adopts 4mm thick corrosion-resistant, trauma-
resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof and moisture-proof senior aluminum
plastic board, and the surface is treated by special process of spraying
primer; the panel is printed with colorful circuit diagrams that never fade;
the students can intuitively compare the circuit diagrams and the physical
objects to recognize and analyze the working principle of the automobile airbag
system.
4) There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the teaching board,
which can directly detect the electrical signals of each circuit component of
the airbag system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc.
on the panel.
5) There is a diagnostic socket installed on the panel of the teaching board,
which can be connected with special or general-purpose auto decoder to read
fault codes, clear fault codes and other self-diagnostic functions for airbag
control unit.
6)The panel part of the teaching board adopts 1.5mm cold plate stamping and
forming structure, with beautiful appearance; the bottom frame part adopts
steel structure welding, the surface adopts spraying process treatment, with
self-locking castor device, moving flexible, safe, reliable, solid and durable.
7)The work of the teaching board using ordinary 220V AC power supply, converted
into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit voltage rectification, no battery,
reducing the trouble of charging, 12V DC power supply with anti-short circuit
function.
8)Configured with fault insertion, evaluation, and data acquisition system.
9)Training board is integrated with two safety system control units. one
functional one with diagnostic possibilities, second one after activation, with
recorded crash data.
