1. The X/Y/Z axis adopts the linear guide-way structure, and the three-way line
rail adopts the heavy pre-pressing process.



2. Assembly main joint surface are hand scraping to ensure the effective
contact of the joint surfaces.



3. The spindle motor and pulley are tested by the dynamic balancing instrument
to ensure smooth operation.



4. The components of feed adopt precision ball screw, the axial bearing at both
ends adopt leading screw special bearing and the ball screw is prestretching.
The lead screw and motor are connected by a direct connection rigid coupling
without clearance.
