cells, and then transformed into an active triphosphate metabolite (NTP
structural analogue). In viral RNA synthesis, the active NTP analogues compete
with the naturalnucleosides (ATP, TTP, CTP, GTP) to participate in RNA
transcription. When gs-441524 is inserted into the transcription products, the
transcription will be terminated in advance, thus inhibiting the viral RNA
