Product Introduction
The equipment adopts the system of automobile chassis as the basis, and fully
displays the composition structure of each system of automobile chassis.
It consists of front and rear suspension systems, steering systems,
transmission trains, manual transmissions and gear mechanisms, brake systems,
and movable benches for installing casters.
It is suitable for the teaching needs of the school for the theory and
maintenance training of each chassis system.
Second, functional characteristics
1. Install the real automobile chassis systems (including front and rear
suspension system, steering system, transmission train, manual transmission and
gear mechanism, brake system), and fully display the composition of each system
of the automobile chassis.
2. It can truly display and disassemble the various systems of the automobile
chassis.
3. The dissected manual transmission can be dynamically demonstrated and
detected, the geared motor input power, the transmission can be carried out for
shifting operation and dynamic test, and the four wheels can be demonstrated by
slow driving in contact with the ground.
4. Motor drives directional booster pump, real demonstration of power steering
working process.
5. The base of the training bench adopts steel structure welding, the surface
adopts spraying process, with self-locking caster device, flexible movement,
