U Type Butterfly Valve

The U-shaped butterfly valve is manufactured by Chinese supplier Shanxi Guzhu
Industrial Co., Ltd. Its features include small size, light weight, and easy
installation and maintenance. Its structure is simple and compact, it can open
and close quickly at 90 degrees, has small operating torque and has significant
energy saving effect. The flow curve tends to be straight, the regulation
performance is excellent, and it has the durability of tens of thousands of
switching operations. Suitable for various media and wide selection of
materials. Comply with EN593, ISO 5752, BS5155 and AWWA C504 standards, working
pressure is 10bar, 16bar or 25bar, made of ductile iron.
Installation:
Verify that the Ductile Iron Butterfly valve size, pressure rating, and
material compatibility match the system requirements.
Inspect the valve and ensure that the sealing surfaces are clean and free from
defects.
Install the valve between properly aligned flanges, with the disc in a slightly
open position to avoid damage to the sealing surfaces.
Apply gasket material, if required, between the valve and flanges, ensuring a
tight seal.
Secure the flanges using the appropriate bolt and nut combination, tightening
bolts in a star pattern for even pressure distribution.
