Twin Shaft Shredder WT600

The WT series of the double shaft shredder is a high-capacity machine. Each
of our twin shaft shredder adopts "dual motor + double planetary reducer"
to achieve an ideal shredding efficiency. It is extensive used in improving
utilization rate of waste resource , such as municipal solid waste,
domestic waste, industrial waste, waste tyre, resource regeneration, waste
incineration pretreatment, etc.

1. The discharge port is designed without screen, which greatly improves
the shredding efficiency. Each rotor is driven by independent motor and
gear reducer with large torque, stable performance.
2. The hydraulic feeding device can be customized, micro PLC for auto
control of start and stop, co-rotation and reversal rotation of rotors
while overload.
3. Customized blade according to different application. The material
includes 60Si2Mn, H13, D2, and the structure has split type and integral
type for option. Single claw or multiple claw blades are optional according
to different materials and requirements for high efficiency.
