Twin Shaft Shredder WPT1200/450

Wobide Twin shaft shredders are specially designed for the materials like
woven bags, film, container bag, those comparatively soft material. The
shafts are all procesessed with special techology, which ensures a long
service life. Our twin shaft shredder machine can process 600-4000kg per
hour according to different materials, without entanglement, and the output
granularity is controllable.


1. The double-roller design has a tearing effect on crushed materials,
which is suitable for easy-winding materials and has higher efficiency.

2. The discharge port is designed without screen, which greatly improves
the shredding efficiency.

3.External bearing seat. The bearing seat was designed outside the machine
body, and the main shaft and the machine body are sealed by a sealing ring,
which effectively prevents the shredded materials from entering the
bearing, to prolonging the life of the bearing.

4. Hydraulic system for fast screen change. The maintenance time can be
saved by adopt of hydraulic system to provide quick screen change.
