Tri lobe Rotary Lobe Air Roots Blower

Aquatech blower supply various designs roots blowers to meet different
applications. The roots blowers can be tri lobe roots blower or twin lobe
roots blower, the tri lobe blower also called three lobe blower is more
advanced than twin lobe blower (2 lobe blower).
One of the widely used application of roots blowers is to offer air to
wastewater treatment aeration tank, the roots blowers work in aeration
tanks to offer air to the sewage, or to offer high pressure air to backwash
processing.
The roots blowers are also widely used in sewage treatment plant,
aquaculture fish shrimp farming, pneumatic conveying bulk material
transfer, mechnical vapor re compression, gas booster and trnasfer etc.

The volume flow capacity of aquatech roots blower is from 30 m3/hr to 30000
m3/hr, the pressure of single stage roots blower can reach to 1.0 bar.

When the roots blower works as steam compressor or called MVR blower, it
mostly used for project with mass capacity below 5 ton/hr, and the
temperature raise can maximum 20 centigrade higher.
