Quality: According to the specifications of the attached table.
Quantity and Price: 50,000 MT in FOB conditions at a price of USD 190 +3
MT. The price will be reviewed
every three months and adjusted upwards or downwards according to
international market fluctuations.
Minimum shipping: 35,000 MT with option to gradually increase up to the mt
amount per month.
Frequency of delivery: Looking for benefit for partiers, it is established
with an average of 30 days.
Incoterm: FOB, port of Colombia.
Compliance: The product will be delivered in FOB conditions at the final
port of the port in Colombia,
with SGS certificate (in the name of the seller), inspected in quality
control and analysis at the time of
loading.
Delivery method: The coal object of this negotiation will be delivered by
the Seller who will be
responsible in FOB port term in Colombia on the ship that the buyer sends
for transport.
The first delivery will be made 15 days after the signing of the Master
Purchase Agreement (SPA) and
the confirmation of the letter of credit.
Payment term: The payment to be made by confirm, Irrevocable, transferable,
divisible SBLC on sight
100% The value of the shipment will be paid on sight with the weight and
quality reports of B/L and SGS
at the port of loading and other documents requested in FOB terms.
Contract term: MINIMUM ONE YEAR WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF ROLLS AND
EXTENSIONS.
