AAK introduced HARDINGE precision CNC lathe, and the machining surface accuracy

parameters of different factories, a German customer found that only AAK meets
their requirements for PO confirmation.

Fred, a hydraulic valve purchaser from Brandenburg, Germany, is in urgent need
of purchasing a hydraulic relief valve for a forklift recently. This hydraulic
relief valve has a very high precision requirement. The machining surface
roughness of conventional valve is generally around 0.8μm, but this one needs
to reach 0.3μm, the precision of which is nearly 3 times higher. Fred
contacted all his hydraulic relief valve manufacturers, but none of them could
achieve an accuracy of 0.3μm. It is difficult for Fred to find a solution.

Fred decided to try through B2B. He contacted nearly 10 hydraulic relief valve
manufacturers online. Two said they could try it, but they are not sure for
100% success, because they had never made such a high-precision hydraulic
relief valve. It seems that Fred has no good choice and asked them to try
samples. Three weeks later, due to the insufficient accuracy and stability of
the hydraulic relief valve, the customer did not approve the samples from these
two manufacturers and asked Fred to re-proofing. Fred had to find other new
manufacturers of hydraulic relief valves.

Fred saw AAK hydraulic valve on B2B and left a message on our website

Fred accepted AAK suggestion and paid a sample fee of $1,300.00. Two weeks
later, AAK sent the samples of the hydraulic relief valve. After testing, Fred
informed that AAK hydraulic relief valve was praised by the customer. Not only
did the accuracy of the machined surface meet the standard, but the upper and
lower deviation was also very small. While the samples of hydraulic relief
valve from last two manufacturers are not stable, some with 0.3μm, some with
0.4μm, or even 0.6μm. Only after comparison, the customer realized that AAK
