Product Introduction
The equipment adopts ABS brake system to fully display the composition and

1. Real operable ABS brake system, fully demonstrate the composition and
working process of ABS brake system. Operation and control of various switches,
can demonstrate the working process of the ABS brake electronic control system
(solenoid valve working conditions, etc.).
2. The teach-in board panel adopts high-grade aluminum-plastic panel that is
resistant to impact, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated
by special process spraying primer; The panel is printed with a color circuit
diagram and working principle diagram that will never fade; Students can
intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the real thing, and understand and
analyze the working principle of the electronic control system of the dynamic
transmission.
3. The detection terminal is installed on the panel of the teaching board,
which can directly detect the electrical signals of the circuit components of
the ABS brake system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals,
etc. on the panel.
4. The equipment is equipped with a diagnostic base, which can be connected to
a special or general-purpose automotive decoder to read fault codes, clear
fault codes, read data streams and other self-diagnosis functions of the ABS
brake system.
5. The equipment panel part adopts 1.5mm cold plate stamping forming structure,
beautiful appearance; the bottom frame part adopts steel structure welding, the
surface adopts spray process, with self-locking caster device, and the base of
the teaching board is equipped with a desktop of about 40cm, which is
convenient for placing data, testing instruments, etc.
6. The equipment works with ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted
into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit transformer rectification, without
battery, reducing the trouble of charging, and 12V DC power supply has anti-
short circuit function.
