Steel tread plate is also called floor plate.We offer 3003 and 6061 Tread plat
with a weight chart (per square ft) by gauge and alloy, it's conforming to ASTM
A786 in carbon, low-alloy, high-strength low-alloy.

Tread plate is a kind of industrial flooring panel made from steel and aluminum
plate with an embossed / checkered bar arranged in diamond shaped pattern for
increased fraction and durability. Steel tread plate is a type of flat rolled
sheet. It has a raised diamond or linear pattern on one side and is smooth on
the other side. Mild steel tread plate also known as diamond plate.


Pattern: The tread plates can have a surface of five bar, two bar, and one bar
diamond patterns.

Tread Plates Metallic Materials and Applications
Tread plates can be stainless steel, aluminum or carbon steel.
Carbon steel tread plates are economic materials commonly used as scaffold
plank sheet for the scaffolding system, used as walking decks, stair tread, and
metal safety flooring uses.
Steel tread plates are supplied black steel or hot dip galvanized finish.
Aluminum tread plates are nonsparking, corrosion resistant, and nonmagnetic
materials.
Stainless steel plates are mostly used for high grade architectural or
decoration uses.
