Product Description
Spiral bevel gear for high-speed trains is used for high-speed train reducer
transmission. It is generally made of top-grade alloy steel, such as 20Cr2Ni4A,
with a single-stage transmission ratio of 3-5 and a transmission efficiency of
0.94~0.98.
The design, manufacturing, and installation processes are quite complex,
requiring very high noise standards. Medium-high speed transmissions are
generally adopted, which have been accurately calculated and arranged in terms
of material selection, processing technology, heat treatment technology, tooth
surface grinding technology, etc. The transmission runs stably, and the gear
has a higher carrying capacity, but the manufacturing difficulty is very high.
Widely used in high-speed train gearboxes, it has made a great contribution to
China's high-speed locomotives.
