1. What is SPC Flooring?

2. Extrusion
Add the twin-screw extruder for heating extrusion → enter the sheet die head
for extrusion molding, the formed sheet passes through the four-roller

film → pasted with wear-resistant layer → cooled → cut

Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80 ~ 120 ºC; cold
water temperature: 10 º

Cutting → slotting, trimming and chamfering → Pasted with mute layer (if
necessary) →Quality control → packaging
