Single facer machine

★ Single Facer is the main machine to produce corrugated cardboard. The
vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The
choice of machine directly effects the quality of corrugated cardboard.
1. Vacuum suction of the cover. 2. The corrugated roller is made of high
quality alloy steel 48CrMo, the surface is medium frequency quenched and
chrome plated. The hardness can reach HRC55~60, which ensures good wear
resistance and long service life. 3. No gear transmission. 4. The glue
roller is pneumatically lifted and lowered. 5. Independent glue cleaning
device and electric glue-separate panel to control the width of the glue.1.
Manually or electrically adjust the display device. 6. Lubricated by high
temperature lubricate grease. 7. The surface of all dancing rollers and
preheating rollers are ground and chrome plated. 8. The pressure roller is
medium frequency quenched and chrome plated.
