Single-Column Hydraulic Press

Adopting computer-optimized structural design, the C-shaped single-arm body
structure has good rigidity, simple structure and easy operation.
The whole machine is welded with steel plates and has been tempered by a
fireplace.
The hydraulic control adopts a two-way cartridge valve integrated system,
which has reliable action, long service life, small hydraulic impact, and
reduces connecting pipelines and leakage points.
The hydraulic system is equipped with a pressure pre-release device to
reduce hydraulic impact:
Independent electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive
operation and easy maintenance.
It adopts button centralized control and has two operation modes: adjustment
and semi-automatic (semi-automatic can be divided into fixed-range single-
shot and fixed-pressure single-shot processes).
The working pressure of the slider, the travel range of no-load rapid
descent and slow working advance can be adjusted according to process needs.
Applicable fields:
This series of machine tools can be used for small positive processes of
shaft parts, profiles, etc., and can be used for press-fitting of shafts and
sleeve parts, as well as stretching, bending, embossing, forming, blanking
and other processes of simple version parts, as well as general powder,
Pressing of plastic products.
Optional accessories: displacement sensor device, light curtain safety
protection device, oil heating and cooling device, floating guide rail and
rolling bracket for mold change, PLC.
