Sensor and Actuator Demonstration Board

I. Product requirements
The equipment adopts the real parts of the electric control system of
Volkswagen Jetta ATK engine to fully demonstrate the composition structure and
working process of the engine electric control system.

II. The functional requirements
1. The real runnable engine electronic control system, simulating the engine
crankshaft operation, can produce spark plug ignition, fuel pump work, injector
injection and other executive components work, fully demonstrate the
composition of the engine electronic control system structure and work process.
2. The training table measurement panel is painted with colorful spray-painted
circuit diagrams, using 4mm thickness of high-strength aluminum plastic plate
spray-painted, with a large temperature difference, wear-resistant, moisture-
proof, anti-corrosion, not easy to deformation, long service life, bright
colors, not easy to fade, etc.; students can intuitively control the circuit
diagrams and physical, recognize and analyze the working principle of the
engine electronic control system.
3. The teaching board panel is installed with detection terminals, which can
directly detect the electrical signals of the engine electric control system
circuit components on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current,
frequency signals, etc.
4. There is a diagnostic socket installed on the panel of the teaching board,
which can be connected to a special or general-purpose car decoder to read
fault codes, clear fault codes and other self-diagnostic functions of the
engine electronic control system.
5. The training table is built of high-grade steel, with high strength,
corrosion resistance, long life, etc., without the need to go through the
spraying process, more environmentally friendly, more beautiful and high-grade
appearance, the table frame with self-locking casters, mobile and flexible,
safe, reliable, durable.
6. The teaching board works with ordinary 220V AC power supply, converted into
12V DC power supply by internal circuit voltage rectification, without battery,
reducing the trouble of charging, 12V DC power supply has anti-short circuit
function.
