AAK Hydraulic Manifold Blocks High Accuracy No Burrs

Consuelo comes from Spain and has been gradually purchasing hydraulic manifold blocks from China in recent years. AAK Hydraulic Pressure Control Valve Strictly Controlled by 2 Processes

A few days ago, Anthony from Spain needed to purchase a hydraulic screw-in cartridge pressure control valve equivalent to HydraForce RV12-26, but with a special requirement for the accuracy of the valve cage. AAK hydraulic check valve, 20% expensive, with service life twice than peer

Hydraulic Cartridge Pressure Control Valve Zero leakage under High Pressure

Tarasios is a purchaser from a Greek hydraulic equipment manufacturing company. He has been very smooth in purchasing. At the beginning of the year, their customer customized a hydraulic power unit, and Tarasios chose a supplier that had cooperated for 5 years to make samples for the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves. The commissioning of the prototype was not smooth. When the load on the pressure reducing branch increased, the pressure at the working port of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve increased and there was oil leakage, which affected the pressure maintenance of the oil circuit. They planned to add an accumulator to maintain the pressure, but the customer cannot accept the additional cost. The boss asked Tarasios to purchase the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve without leakage under high pressure, but the original manufacturer gave up. AAK hydraulic check valves added with thread Anaerobic adhesives, 0 leakage

Last Friday, we received 3 emails from Niki, they are all the order for a same hydraulic check valve, but only the ship to address is different. It is the first time for their company to place the orders of 1,500 hydraulic check valves at one time. Niki is a purchaser of a Dutch hydraulic equipment company. Last year, a boarding bridge equipment needed hydraulic check valves. At that time, he planned to purchase from old suppliers. Unexpectedly, after dozens of hydraulic check valves from the initial samples were installed on the boarding bridge and tested for less than a month, the boarding bridge will slowly decline automatically. AAK solved the leakage in hydraulic check valves in 2 months

Cuenca is a senior purchaser of AGRIA company in Spain. The boss is very satisfied with his purchasing work. Two years ago, AGRIA company developed a hydraulic equipment, and there were complaints after sales for more than half a year.
