AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Counterbalance Valve High Stability

Senon is from a Spanish hydraulic equipment company and has been responsible for the procurement of hydraulic valves for 3 years. At the end of last year, their customer customized two sets of hydraulic power units for ocean ships, and needed to customize the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valves. AAK Parallels hydraulic check valve and hydraulic throttle valve

Duden is from Lukas hydraulic equipment company in Germany. We have cooperated for more than 2 years on hydraulic check valves and hydraulic throttle valves. The order volume is small each time, but the parameter requirements are very high. AAK redesigned the hydraulic check valve, solving the leakage problem

AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve Adjustable for 3 Pressures

Galeno is from Spain and has cooperated with AAK hydraulic valves for 5 years. Some time ago, he sent me an email asking us to design a hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve to replace the 3 HydraForce standard hydraulic cartridge relief valves in his system. After communication, we learned that their customer had customized a new equipment and was satisfied with their hydraulic power unit functions, but the customer found that the cost of the equipment had no advantage in the market. Because the hydraulic components used are all standard parts, there is little possibility of price reduction. Their engineers said that the only possibility is to use one hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve to realize the 3 functions of the 3 cartridge relief valves with different pressure controls in the system, and the system circuit is simplified. Galeno contacted HydraForce for customization, but HydraForce was not willing to develop this non-standard part due to small quantity.
