Beef Tallow
Beef tallow is Obtained by rendering beef fat, the resultant product then bleached Being, and neutralised Deodorised (beef tallow refined). On the other hand, the product of fat that is simply rendered is known as "edible beef tallow". -Tallow a source of conjugated-linoleic acid (CLA), a fatty acid which studies have shown to help in increasing fat loss. (Source) -It’s rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are excellent for your skin. -It has a high smoke point and is more stable than processed vegetable oils. -You can grow, harvest, and render tallow right in your kitchen. This makes it a more sustainable, local option for cooking fats. Refined Canola Oil
Canola oil is one of the best oils for heart health. Made from crushed canola seeds, it has less saturated fat than any other oil. Canola oil contains the least amount of saturated fat of any common edible oil on the market. At least 93% of the fats in canola oil are unsaturated. -Canola oil contains monounsaturated as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids. -Its polyunsaturated fats are essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. -It is a rich source of vitamin E. -Like all vegetable oils, canola oil is cholesterol-free. Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
Crude Coconut Oil is produced by pressing the crude oil from the coconut's copra, which is the dried coconut meat. Typically, the pressing is accomplished through the use of an expeller press. After the crude coconut oil has been expressed, it is then refined which eliminates contaminants or other impurities. Once further processed by refining, the product is called RBD (Refined) Coconut Oil. From RBD Coconut Oil, this can be further transformed to create Specialty Fats. Refined Corn Oil
Corn oil, also called maize oil, is one of the most popular vegetable oils on the market. You’ll find corn oil in practically everything. It’s cheap, it’s flavorless, and it has a high smoke point, which makes corn oil a go-to choice for high heat frying, and particularly deep frying. Corn oil is also in margarine, salad dressings, beauty products, and more. Appearance Golden yellow, bright & clear oily liquid. Refined Sunflower Oil
Sunflower oil has a large number of benefits that help in keeping the body healthy and strong. Though it is included in the list of high fat items, it is gaining popularity as cooking oil due to its wide variety of health-enhancing nutrients This oil is high in vitamin E and doesn’t have a strong flavor, which means it won’t overwhelm a dish. However, sunflower oil contains a lot of omega-6 fatty acids. Soya Bean Wax
Soy Wax that is a 100% natural soy wax made from soybean which is a great blending wax for paraffin, palm wax or beeswax. You can even use it on its own. This wax is ideal for making container candles, massage candles, tealight candles, votive candles, balms and more. Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated. The hydrogenation process converts some of the fatty acids in the oil from unsaturated to saturated. This process dramatically alters the melting point of the oil, making it a solid at room temperature. The leftover bean husks are commonly used as animal feed. Refined Soybean Oil
Soybean oil is an edible vegetable oil extracted from soybeans by heat treating cracked beans with different solvents. The crude oil is blended and refined to make it edible. Soybean oil, as the other direct product of soybean processing, is also extremely important, especially in food. Chemicals from soybean oil, called plant sterols, are used for high cholesterol. Soybean oil is also used as a mosquito repellant and as a nutritional supplement in intravenous feedings. Palm Acid Oil
Acid oil is a general term for a by-product obtained from the alkali refining of oils and fats. During alkali refining the free fatty acids are neutralised with alkali and this soapstock containing some emulsified neutral oil is separated. Acidification of the soapstock gives acid oil. Main components of acids oils are fatty acids, neutral oil and moisture. Acid oil requires further refining/purification before it is suitable for use in laundry soaps and washing powders. Our PAO is obtained through the process of removing fatty acid when refining Glycerine. It can be used to manufacture laundry soaps, calcium soaps for animal feed formulations, wax or biodiesel. Crude Palm Oil
Palm oil is obtained from the yellow or orange-coloured flesh of the fruit. Shortly before harvesting the oil content of the fruit is at its highest – between 45 and 50 per cent. After harvesting the ripe fruits are sterilised and pressed. This yields crude palm oil (CPO). Palm oil has many useful properties. It is semi-solid at room temperature and so does not need to be chemically hardened. It is also neutral in taste and very stable when heated; it has a long shelf life and makes foods particularly spreadable. On account of these properties palm oil is used in products as diverse as margarine, convenience foods, baked goods and confectionery, as well as in the manufacture of candles, cosmetics, soaps and detergents. Because of these unique natural characteristics, it is very difficult to find substitutes for palm oil. Palm Fatty Acid Distillate
PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate) is the byproduct of crude palm oil after refining. PFAD is used in many industries such as laundry soap, animal feed industries and also as raw material for the oleo chemical industry. PFAD is also often considered as a valuable and low cost raw material for bio-diesel production. It is composed of free fatty acids which are oleic, stearic and palmitic. Refined Palm Stearin
Palm stearin is the solid fraction from the fractionation of palm oil. It can be used for obtaining palm mid fractions (PMF) and also in blends with other vegetable oils to obtain suitable functional products such as margarine fats, shortenings, vanaspati and others. Palm stearin is a useful natural hard stock for making trans-free fats. Besides edible usage, palm stearin also possesses suitable properties for making soaps and formulating animal feeds. Palm stearin has a wide range of composition, physical properties, solid fat content, and iodine values. These variations result in different types of palm stearin, which allows food manufacturers a wide choice of materials for their formulations. Refined Palm Olein
Palm olein is the liquid fraction obtained from fractionation of palm oil. The fractionation process involves a physical process of cooling the oil under controlled conditions to low temperatures, followed by filtration of the crystals through membrane press. The liquid olein and solid stearin are products of fractionation, and they are the major products exported. Refined Palm Olein has a subtle aroma and a very neutral taste. It is widely produced as edible oil in tropical countries. Palm Olein is considered as renewable raw material for the new industrial and pharmaceutical products synthesis based on its characterization. Refined Palm Oil
RBD Palm Oil is derived from the process of refined, bleached and deodorized crude palm oil. One of the main applications of RBD Palm Oil is for cooking oil and formula for shortening, margarine and other edible purposes. RBD PO can also be processed further into RBD Palm Olein and RBD Palm Stearin. Refined palm oil has a subtle aroma and a very neutral taste. Its high smoke point makes it ideal for frying at high temperatures whilst its oxidative stability ensures long shelf life. It’s this combination of taste neutrality and heat resistance that makes refined palm oil one of the best frying oils on the market.
