Radial shaft seal rings are ready-to-fit seals for sealing rotating shafts. They consist of an outer elastomer casing and a reinforcement ring located inside. The tension spring provides compression pressure of the sealing lip on the reinforced shaft and contributes to sealing in static areas. Form A: single lip, model conforming to standard DIN 3760 (ISO 6194/1) smooth outside diameter. Form AS: double lip, model according to DIN 3760 (ISO 6194/0) smooth outside diameter, with dust lip for protection against impurities from the outside. The NBR material has high wear resistance and is resistant to fuels, oils, hydraulic oils and greases. Usage limits: Circumferential speed (m/s): ≤12 Pressure (MPa/bar): ≤0.05/0.5 (radial shaft seal rings are generally designed for use at atmospheric pressure). Temperature range : -40°C up to +100°C. Tolerances: Acc , ommodation : Recommended tolerance H8. Surface roughness Ra 1.6 to 6.3 μm.

O-rings are sealing elements providing a seal against liquid and gaseous media. They are suitable for secondary static and dynamic use. O-rings can be integrally sealed radially or axially. Sealing is created during assembly by axial or radial compression of the section. In working condition, the fluid pressure increases the deformation of the O-ring and therefore strengthens the sealing function. For optimal sealing, choose O-rings with the largest possible torus diameter. In the assembly space, pay particular attention to the following elements: groove filling, precompression, elongation and settlement. During static use, the precompression should be between 15 and 30% of the torus diameter. During dynamic use, it should be between 10 and 18% (hydraulic) or between 4 and 12% (pneumatic). When fitted, the O-ring must be: - expanded by max. 6% of inside diameter - tablet of max. 3% of inside diameter. The NBR material has high wear resistance and is resistant to lubricating oils and greases based on mineral oils, hydraulic oils H, HL, HLP, hardly flammable pressurized liquids HFA, HFB, HFC, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oils and silicone grease, water up to approx. 80°C. Temperature range : -30°C up to +100°C
