Wave Generator Harmonic Gear Reducer is made up of a ball bearing and an elliptical cam. The wave generator is usually attached to the input end, the inner ring of the bearing is fixed around the cam causing the outer ring of the bearing deforms to an elliptical shape. Flex Spline It is an elastic thin-walled component with gear teeth on the outer surface. Harmonic Gear Reducer is usually fitted to the output end. Circular Spline It is a rigid steel ring with internal teeth. Harmonic Gear Reducer usually has two more teeth than the flex spline, and generally mounted onto a housing. Harmonic drive working principle As a reducer, the harmonic gear reducer is often in status as the wave generator drives, the circular spline is fixed, and the flex spline is output end. When the wave generator is put inside of the flex spline, the flex spline is forced into an elliptical shape causing the flex spline teeth to engage with the tooth profile of the circular spline along the major axis of the ellipse, with the teeth completely disengaged across the minor axis of the ellipse. The rotation of the wave generator makes the flex spline deform continuously, the teeth change operating state in the process of engagement and disengagement, thus the motion transmission between wave generator and flex spline is realized. Characteristics of Harmonic Gear Reducer High accuracy A good percentage of harmonic gear reducer's teeth are meshed at all times and are engaged at two zones 180 degrees apart. This means influences of tooth pitch errors and accumulated pitch errors on rotational accuracy are neutralized, which assures high positional and rotational accuracy. High speed reduction ratio A harmonic gear reducer has high single-stage reduction ratios of 1/30-1/500. Three basic components along same axle without complex structures can provide high reduction ratios. High torque capacity Each tooth subjected to a negligible amount of force yet provides a high torque capacity because of the way the teeth come into contact with each other and because a good percentage of the teeth in the flex spline is engaged at all times. Small-sized and light weight While being less the size of conventional gearing mechanisms and less the weight, the harmonic gear reducer provides the same levels of torque and speed reduction ratios as its conventional counterparts enabling machinery and equipment to be made smaller and lighter. ball valve is a shut off valve that controls the flow of a liquid or gas by means of a rotary ball having a bore. By rotating the ball a quarter turn (90 degrees) around its axis, the medium can flow through or is blocked. They are characterized by a long service life and provide a reliable sealing over the life span, even when the valve is not in use for a long time. Flanged ball valves are characterized by their connection type. The ports are connected to a piping system via flanges that are usually designed in accordance with a certain standard. These valves provide a high flow rate since they typically have a full-bore design. When choosing a flanged ball valve, besides the pressure rating, you also have to check the flange compression class which indicates the highest pressure this connection type can withstand.

KXC bellow seal valve has a compact structure and is one kind of control valve to balance the pressure. Bellows are used as the valve stem sealing components of the bellow seal valves. To avoid the leakage of the valve stem, the valve adopts the structure with bellows instead of stuffing boxes generally used for the ordinary valve or the structure with both bellows and stuffing boxes. The bellow seal valve is particularly suitable for pipelines of steam and flammable, explosive and hazardous media. Moreover, because of bellow's properties of deformation and aging resistance, the bellow seal valve overcomes the common latent defects, including temperature sensitivity and the aging of the stuffing box, and these defects are owned by the valve sealed by packing.

Wafer Butterfly Valve KXC Butterfly Valves are used for isolating and regulating flow. The closing mechanism is a disc that allows for quick shut off, much like a ball valve. Butterfly valves are light in weight so they require less support. Unlike the ball valve, the disc is always present within the flow, therefore a pressure drop is always induced during flow, regardless of valve position. The disc is typically rotated a quarter turn when the valve is fully opened, but the valve may also be opened incrementally in order to throttle flow.
