General Hardware

We produce rail clamp in accordance with DIN, GB/TB, AREA standards and customer drawings. We produce a wide range of rail clamp, i.e., S18, S20, S30, S33, KP03, KP06 and KP03. We also produce rail clips in accordance with AREA, ranging from 52 lbs rail, 62 lbs rail, 114 lbs rail, 106 lbs rails, 120 lbs rails, 128 lbs rails, 171 lbs rails and 75 lbs rails. Our rail clamp is made from low carbon steel or alloy steel by hot forging, rolling and casting, based on the requirements of our customers. The rail clamp is packed in wooden boxes or sacks and wooden pallets. On average, 25kgs per package.

 Rail Joint Plate We produce and supply rail fishplate or rail joint bar for rails in GB, AREA, BS, UIC, and DIN. We can provide you with AREA rail joint bars, 132-136 RE rail joint bar and 115-119 RE rail joint bar. Our rail joint bars are made by hot rolling, with middle carbon steel and high carbon steel. We currently produce two types of rail joint bars. We can also produce a new type of rail joint bar, based on MOQ of 10000 pcs. Our BS standard fishplate is made according to BS47, and it includes BS60R, BS75R, BS75A and BS80A fishplates. We also produce UIC60 and UIC54 fishplate by hot rolling. ASCE 75LBS, ASCE 80LBS and ASCE 115 lbs fishplates are also available. We can produce with MOQ 10000 pcs by hot rolling in different sizes.

We produce and supply rail tie plate, base plate according to AREA and DIN standard. Our rail tie plate, base plates for E clips are made by forging and casting, with material of AREA specification. Length=15" and 16"  We also produce rail tie plate, base plate with single shoulder and double shoulders for track spikes of 90RA-A, 100RE, 115RE, 119RE and 132RE-140RE rail by forging and casting. We produce rail base plates (sole plates) for UIC60, UIC54, S49 rail by forging and casting.

We produce and supply various elastic rail clip, spring blade and SKL tension clamp. We produce SKL tension clamp with sizes from steel bar dia. 12mm to 15mm, ranges from SKL1, SKL3, SKL12, SKL13, and SKL14, etc. Steel DIN 17221, BS970, GB/T 4357 and GB/T 4358 are all available. The hardness of finished product is 42-47 HRC. When spring deflection is 9.1mm, fatigue life is up to 5 million cycles without breaking. We produce Nabla clips by alloy spring steel. Their hardness is 51-55 HRC and they have excellent elastic property. With load 2500daN, after two first tests, variation of height after releasing is only 0.45mm and after three more tests, there is only 0.1mm variation of height. The finished Nabla clip can be painted red or other colors according to the requirements of our clients.

We produce and supply rail spike, track spike in accordance to AREA, DIN, GOST and GB/TB standards. The specifications are as follows: Rail spike, track spike produced according to AREA 14 Tensile strength reaches 55000PSI Can be bended to 180 degrees without cracks A wide range of sizes are available, including 1/2" square, 9/16" square, 5/8" (16mm) square and 11/16" square. The length varies from 5-1/2" to7" and can be designed according to the specifications of our customers. We produce rail spike, track spike for BS 80 lbs, 75 lbs and 90 lbs rails. In addition to our normal production, their shapes and dimensions can be produced and designed in accordance to our clients' special requirements.

High Strength Bolt Hook Bolt We produce track bolt according to AREA, BS, DIN and GB Grade: 4.6, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9 Coating: Zinc, hog dip galvanized, dacromet, black We control our quality strictly in process manufacture. Each production chain is given strict management and testing. Quality always comes first. The annual production capacity is 18000 tons of track bolts and sleeper screws. As well, our products are also approved by world class railroad company, such as UPRR, BNSF, SBB, SRT, PNR, MTR etc.

E Clip Insulator Plastic & Rubber E type rail insulator and guide plate for SKL rail fastening and Nabla fastening system. The material we use for rail insulator is PA66, with the color white, dark brown and black. Our rail nylon insulator is used to adjust rail gauge and insulate the rail from ties and clips.
