Knitted Polyester(PET) Mesh Geogrid

POLYESTER GEOGRID-BIAXIAL POLYESTER(PET) GEO-GRIDS, UNIAXIAL PET GEOGRID, WARP KNITTED PVC COATED PET GEOTEXTILE Polyester geogrid, simplified as PET Geogrid, is manufactured from high molecular polyester multifilament yarns by warp knitting / weaving and coated with PVC. Polyester biaxial geogrid is mainly used for civil engineering such as highway, railway, hill side slope treatment, structural layers for construction and products for water conservancy projects. Using Method: 1. The paving surface for geogrids should be relatively flat. After the paving layer is accepted, longitudinal skewing should be prevented by first drawing a white line or hanging line according to the width of the geogrids in the paving layer, then beginning with paving. U-shaped nails should then be used to fix the end of the grating (4 nails per meter wide, with uniform distance). 2. After fixing the end of the geogrids, a laying machine or manual method should be used to slowly pull the grille forward to lay. Every 10 meters should be manually inspected and straightened once until a full section of the grille is finished before laying the next section; this process should be repeated. 3. Successive paving: Geogrid roll length should be used as a unit for paving section length. After paving a section of geogrids or river bank section, an overall inspection of the quality of paving should be conducted before proceeding to paving the next section. Uniaxial PET Geogrid with HDPE Coating We provide polyester geo-grid as primary reinforcement with HDPE coating for a design life of 120 years at 30°C. Geogrid Uniaxial PET with low density polyethylene sheath and ultimate tensile strength of 200kN/m. It offers ultimate tensile strength for reinforcement in flexible retaining wall etc. Polyester Biaxial Geogrids Polyester biaxial geogrids are characterized by high tensile strength, small fracture elongation, and a low creep coefficient. The temperature resistance range is -70 degrees Celsius to 180 degrees Celsius, and the geogrid is also resistant to UV radiation and microbial corrosion. The width can reach up to 6m, resulting in high tensile strength at low strain capacity. Longitudinal and transverse ribs work together to fully utilize the geogrid's embedded locking effect on the soil body. During production, the polyester geogrid is pressed with a rough pattern to enhance the roughness of the surface and improve the friction coefficient between the geogrid and the synthetic soil body. Polyester geogrids are not eroded by acid, alkali, salt solutions, and oil at room temperature, do not dissolve in water or succumb to microbial attack, and can withstand UV light and oxygen erosion. Furthermore, the junction will not crack or break due to the synergistic force of the longitudinal and transverse ribs. In actual engineering, after compaction of the filler, it meets permanent engineering construction needs.

Installation Processes for Suspended Floor (1).Draw lines on walls and paint anti-rust paint on channels. (2).Make channels on walls and fasten steel channels by following procedures. A. Make a 2cm deep channel at horizontal line of walls and get rid of the putty until you see the steels inside. B. Clean up putty and dust, and weld keels directly to the steels inside walls so as to make the whole floor system strong. C. The width of channels should be same as that of channel steels. Sink the channel steels into the channels and fasten them by screws and then weld them together. The whole system would be integrated with walls by that. D. It is better to apply more screws to fasten channel steels with wall steels. (3). installation of I-beam Because that we use both size 12 I-beams and channel steels, we need to cut both ends of I-beams so as to fix them into channel steels and weld them together. Distance between each I-channel is about 60cm. (4). Weld angle steels and sub channels and paint the whole system with waterproof paint. Distance between sub channels is 60cm. (5). Welding slags must be cleaned up and welding joints be polished before installation of MgO boards. Boards should be vertically parallel to main beam. Any edge of boards must not be suspended and distance between boards can be 3- 5mm. Joint points of boards must be on the center of beams. (6). Length of self-tapping nails can be 55-60mm (subject to thickness of boards and beams). First drill holes and then nail them in. Hole size must be bigger than that of nail head, and nail head must be sunk into a board. Nailing sequence is from center to sides. Distance between board edges and nails close to edges is about 20mm. Distance between nails around board center is about 600mm, and that between nails near board edges is about 300mm. Nailing should be done when the general layout is finished. (7). During installation, operator should leave 3-5mm gap between boards and walls (less distance for wooden floor). Gaps can be covered by silicone sealant or elastic putty.

Cut Kam Chung sandwich panels into suitable sizes with a circular saw. (3). Mix cement and sand (ratio 1:2) and make it starchy. Then wet panels’ sides which are to be connected and put cement mixture on them. (4). Fix the panels according to drawn lines and keep them upright. Use a jimmy to move the panels from bottom and make them tightly connected to each other. (5). Push panels so as to again make sure they are tightly combined and squeeze out the cement mixture from connecting joints. Then use wedges to fix them. (6). Use a 2-meter long guiding rule to check the flatness and perpendicularity of panels. Adjust them with a jimmy and fix them with wedges and steel bars. (7). All joints between two boards must be reinforced with steel bars in size 6*200mm at 45 degree angle. (8). After adjusting panel connections, use 30*30mm wedges to fix them. Then use a drill to make holes through panels and floor at a 45 degree angle. Hammer 6*200mm steel bars into the holes to tightly fasten panels on the ground. (9). When adjusting and fixing are finished, fill all joints with cement mixture, including those connected with ceiling and floor. Pull out the wedges and stuff the holes with cement mixture. (10). If embedded channels are needed, use a circular blade to cut on panels and cover them with cement mixture once embedding is finished. (11). Last step is to cover the walls if necessary. Wallpaper can be pasted, wood plate nailed and ceramic tiles directly stuck on them with cement mixture. Door and windows could be fixed right on them as well.

Adjust the edge keels first, and then the sub keels in accordance with them. If it is necessary you can adjust the main keel. (f). Choose appropriate size and thickness of ceiling board as per design. Normally we use 603*603*6mm. White gloves are recommended when installing the boards to avoid spots and dust.

Clean up walls and boards. (2). Draw lines on walls according to construction plan. (3). Reserve holes for doors, windows or other equipments. (4). Drill holes on walls according to the lines mentioned above, and then use stainless steel anchor bolt to fasten zinc-plated angle steels on them. (5). Calcium Silicate Board 1. Introduction Calcium silicate board is a most widely used material in China due to its good performance and easy-processing feature. What is more, it can be cut, nailed and screwed, making installation much easier. Then labor cost could be reduced as well. 2. Draw lines according to construction plan and install door frames. (2). Install top keels and floor keels according to the lines. Fix the keels on base walls with nails, and the distance between nails is 600mm. (3). After installation of top and floor keels, mark down the installation points of vertical keels, with 450mm distance between each other. Then check positions of door and other holes and avoid installing boards on their frames. (4). Install vertical keels according to installation points. Two ends of vertical keels should be separately installed into top keels and floor keels. Fix them after adjusting and leveling. Keels near walls or poles should be fastened by screws or nails, and the screw/nail distance is 1000mm. (5). When walls are higher than 3m, it is required to install through keels, which should be fastened by nails or screws. (6). Check the installation of keels and door frames and make sure they are suitable for board installation. Install the boards starting from door frame or from one end of the walls if there is no door frame. Calcium silicate boards should be fastened by self-tapping screws. Distance between screws is 200mm (near walls) and 300mm (away from walls). Distance between screw and board is no less than 10mm and no more than 16mm. When fixing screws, boards must be close to keels. Then install electric pipes, water pipes, electric cabinet and other fire-proof, sound-proof, water-proof materials. Repeat the same procedures and install the boards from the other side. But seams must be staggered from the first side. For a dual-layer wall installation, seams of the second layer should be staggered from those of the first layer as well. (7). There are 3 methods to deal with calcium silicate board joints, which are bed joint, deep seam and taped seam. The processes are as follows. Puttying: Cleaning away dust between gaps and put putty into it, making it smooth on surface. Pasting binding tapes: Put binding materials on it when the putty is finished. First scrape off a thin layer of putty, about 1mm thick and same width as the tapes. Then put the bonding tapes on it and fasten it by driving out the air inside. Scraping the middle-layer putty: As soon as pasting the binding tapes, scrape a middle-layer putty about 80mm wider than binding tapes, thickness about 1mm, making the tapes sunk into the putty. Flattening: Use a big scraper to fill the wedge groove and board with putty and smooth the surface.
