In its structure, the epoxy functional group can realize the expansion chain of the polymer through reacting with the terminal hydroxyl groups, terminal carboxyl groups and terminal amino groups of polycondensation resin. Thus achieving the purpose of improving polycondensation resin viscosity characteristics, mechanical properties and inhibiting the hydrolysis of polymers. KL-E4370 chain extenders are blended with modified resins by a double screw extruder, single screw extruder. The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.5 % used in bio-based and biodegradable plastics (such as PLA, PPC, PBS, PHA, etc.) and 0.2-2.0% used in the condensation recycled plastics (such as PET, PBT, PC, PA ,etc.).The specific amount depends on the number of active functional groups and performance requirements of products. Sanitation & Safety Acute toxicity test: KL-E4370, an extender, oral LD50(rat)> 5000mg/kg. bw, which is a low-grade substance. Handle with due care and avoid dust formation and keep away from ignition sources. Packaging The fiber tube lined with plastic bags. Storage It should be stored in dark, cool, dry and sealed conditions.

Description OF-7 is a polymeric alkyl phenol disulfide, contains unique sulfur donors in the molecular structure, can vulcanize rubber in heated state,  typically used as nitrosamine-free environment-friendly sulfur donating body in the rubber compound formulations, can give excellent mechanical properties, heat aging resistance, excellent dynamic fatigue properties and good operational safety performance. Application OF-7 c , ontains unique sulfur donors, can vulcanize rubber in heated state, giving non-blooming, high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and dynamic fatigue properties, used as sulfur donor type vulcanizing agent for NR/SR. For the co-vulcanization of different polar rubber, such as NR, CIIR, IIR and EPDM, it provides excellent performance. Can be used in tires, gaskets, belts, automotive hose, damping products. Because containing alkylphenol groups, it has also excellent tackifying and antioxidant effects. Not producing nitrosamines toxic gas during vulcanization, it is an environmentally friendly additive. Reference dosage 0.5-5 phr. OF-1056 is a fine brominated p-tert-octyl phenol formaldehyde heat reactive resin. The clotting is decreased during transit and storage because of higher softening point. The resin can provide the products with excellent mechanical properties. It is soluble in aromatic, such as toluene, xylene etc. Application OF-1056 is the fastest vulcanizing resin for unsaturated rubber, easily disperses and operates, giving the sulfurizing speed even faster than OF- 1055 due to higher bromine content, no need of activator, simple composition, and good scorch safety. OF-1056 resin is used for pressure sensitive adhesives, bladders, tire mould, bottle stopper, seals, heat-resistant gasket, roll etc. The recommended dosage is 1~8 phr. A high efficient bleaching agent, catalyst & antioxidant for different rosin, rosin esters and the derivates. Chemical Name: Para-tert-butylphenol disulfide.
