Concrete additives for curing By adding SINOFLOC special concrete additives, setting time, heat of hydration, compressive and tensile strength of the concrete all give better performances, especially for hardness, the fracture toughness and flexural strength characters. Concrete additives for cold weather In cold weather, concrete can easily freeze before it gains enough strength and sets more slowly, then special additives are needed for placing concrete in cold weather conditions. SINOFLOC polymers could be used in this special condition as the concrete admixtures to improve the concrete property against code weather. Concrete additives for waterproofing Traditional concrete easily absorbs water and others dissolved in it. By adding SINOFLOC special polyacrylamide polymers, the concrete will have better waterproof properties and our products are safe and environmental when handling. Cement additives Due to low water gel, drying, cracking and deformation is usually happen. SINOFLOC superabsorbent polymers is specially designed to control the shrinkage of concrete and improve the moisture content of concrete to be used as cement additives. After adding SINOFLOC superabsorbent, it can absorb dozens of its own weight of water and release slowly, which could prevent concrete cracking and increase the concrete strength. The dissolution water must have a temperature included between 10°C and 40°C; For a correct use of SINOFLOC anionic polyelectrolyte and in order to achieve the best possible results, it is necessary to allow a “maturation” time of 60 minutes. When treating turbid water, the flocculants solution must be added to the water in a point of average turbulence, in order to achieve a thorough and homogeneous mixing without impairing the flock formation. Recommend operating concentration is 3g/l, and the maximum operating concentration is 15g/l. The valve plate shape is divided into two kinds of models A and B, absorbed the characteristics of the V type grid, changing the rectangular valve plate to trapezoid, making propelling action strengthened. Especially the B type float valve, not only opens holes on the side of the type A float valve, but also adds a hole in front of the body, plays a guide role in real, at the same time, strengthens the propelling action. On the structure, using gas circulation area adjustable floating valve structure overcomes the small operation flexibility of V- grid. Experimental research and practical application show that the SGTV greatly improves the performance of the plate. LNG Liquefaction Plant LNG Gas Processing After compression, the feed gas is processed by dehydration and heavy hydrocarbon separation units. Please see the attached PFD. Process description is detailed as follows: Feed gas compress unit After measuring, the feed gas flows into the compress unit, and boosts the pressure to 2.4Mpag, pressurized gas flows into the dehydration unit. HDU: Dehydration Unit Remove H2O in the feed gas, output dry gas and control dew point lower than -80℃. Dehydration Unit After gas sweetening unit (GSU), next process is dehydration unit (DHU). CNG Plant CNG Production Process Unit Rich methane gas meets with rich gas ethane reheated by cooling heat exchanger, this steam of gas flows through the CNG compressor to increase pressure to 25Mpag, CNG process can be obtained. The compressor skid adopts motor drive, and an ASPRO piston dynamic balance less oil lubrication type compressor. The drive is completely explosion-proof motor, its security level is class 1. Motor is connected to the compressor by belt wheel, and by aligns laser alignment instrument. Natural gas is cooled by the interstage air coolers. Gas collected by the downtime interstage gas collecting device will directly enters to the compressor's input pore at the next start. What’s more, there’re interstage liquid-gas separators and last stage gas scrubbing device. At compressor downtime, these devices will bring the impurities within the system to the recovery tank by gas flow. All the automatic valve drive is driven by the natural gas in the recovery tank, an external air compressor is unnecessary. The whole compressor system is installed on a steel structure, the control panel is at the side. The pressurized CNG is filled to gas tanker by gas filling column.
