Thermal oil pump

RY waterless cooled hot oil pump has been widely used in the system of carrier
heating and different industrial fields such as petroleum, rubber, resin, textile,
dyeing and printing, construction, road building, machinery shipping, and so on.

RY thermal oil centrifugal pump is suitable to transport high temperature liquids
without solid particles and other weak corrosive liquids. The liquid temperature
is less than 350 degree Celsius.



Structure:

RY hot oil pump is for the structure of single stage single suction cantilever
foot support. Axial suction port and vertical upward discharge port. The pump is
mounted on the base plate together with the motor.

The support of RY hot oil pump adopts ball bearings at both ends with the front
end lubricated by lubricating oil and the rear end lubricated by grease. There is
an oil pipe between them, which is used to observe sealing condition at any time
and retrieve heat conducting oil.

RY hot oil pump adopts natural heat dissipation to change the traditional device
of water cooling. It has simple structure, small volume, low cost, reliable
performance.



Seal type:

Combination of packing seal and mechanical seal. Packing seal has high temperature
resisting for high temperature liquids. Mechanical seal has high mechanical
strength and good wear resistance (hard alloy material)

PTFE lip-type seal has the strongest corrosion resistance.
