Delta Robot Definition

Delta Robot Application


A robot delta pick and place takes a top-load-ability design and is compatible
of various of grippers, such as delta spider robot that can all pick and place
products quickly on the conveyor.

At present, electric drive is the most coommonly used driving mode of a delta
robot. The driving motor of the modern industrial robots is generally a stepper
motor, a DC servo motor or an AC servo motor, which is featured by its delta
robot speed.

How is A Delta Robot Controlled?
The built-in vision module in Robotphoenix's control system takes 3D camera or
3D sensor to collect 3D information of the target and obtain the related
"point-cloud". According to the obtained point-cloud data, the required results
are produced by using 3D algorithm, combining with 3D features. Compared with
other industrial robots such as SCARA robot for sale, the delta robot is guided
to complete the related work through internal communication, and multiple
machines can share just one set of vision system.
