Right Angle Prism

Optical prism is an optical element which accordingly incident light and
outgoing light to make turning ray of light. In the optical path, the prism can
making the light offset and changing the direction of the image and also has
the function of changing the angle of outgoing and incident light, such as
deflection 90° or 180°.Prim widely used on laser research, laser optical
systems, optical image, machine vision and other fields and products.
Right Angle prism also called Right Angle Bending Prism, because it can turn
light 90° by internal reflection of hypotenuse, or turn light 180° through
two right angle prism surfaces, accordinlgy customers demand.
Many different coatings applied to these prisms, some common types are Anti-
reflection coating on two legs, Aluminum protected coated on hypotenuse by
black sealing paint to ensure grazing incidence reflection and two angle
surface make VIS AR or NIR AR, accordingly customers demand. These prims are
suitable for optical delay lines and for high power use.
