Major Terms & Conditions of the Contracts shall be as follows:-

1. Price : CIF, Nhava Sheva Port, India.
2. Payment: We will arrange to provide a irrevocable Letter of Credit for
100% Payment.
3. Pre-shipment Inspection: By SGS or equivalent International Recognized
Company, for Quantity & Quality
4. Containers shall be stuffed and Sealed before dispatch, in the presence
of our Representative.
5. Packing: 20/40Ft Container
