Product Introduction:
This new energy skeleton perspective vehicle online inspection system is made
based on new energy vehicles. In addition, six detection boards can detect the
working status of sensors and actuators of each system in real time. This
product can intuitively understand the system composition of pure electric
vehicles, which is closer to the real vehicle environment than other types of
training stations, and is more convenient for teaching than real vehicles.

1. Based on the whole vehicle of pure electric vehicles, the cover parts of the
original vehicle except for the load-bearing structural parts are
comprehensively dissected and removed, and the one-to-one skeleton of the
original car is made with steel bars, and the relative position of the
installation of the original car accessories remains unchanged, and all the
functions of the original car are retained, and it can be driven on the ground.
2. Install the vehicle circuit detection port, each detection port has a
matching test bench corresponding connection, can be the battery management
system, charging system, drive system, air conditioning system, steering
system, ABS system, lighting system, wiper system, etc. signal detection, the
test bench panel printed with a complete circuit schematic, and set with
detection terminals. Multimeters and oscilloscopes can be used to detect
individual sensor and actuator resistance, voltage, frequency, waveform, and
more.
3. It can be connected to a special or general-purpose automobile decoder to
implement self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault
codes, and reading data streams for the whole vehicle system.
 4. The measuring panel of the training bench is made of high-strength acrylic
plate spraying, which has the characteristics of large temperature difference,
wear resistance, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, not easy to deform, long
service life, bright color, and not easy to fade.
5. The training bench is made of international standard aluminum alloy
profiles, with light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, long life and
other characteristics, no need to go through the spraying process, more
environmentally friendly, the appearance is more beautiful and high-grade, the
bench with self-locking caster device, flexible movement, safe and reliable,
strong and durable.
6. A running lamp is installed to indicate the direction of energy flow, and
the fast charging state, slow charging state, discharge state, etc. are marked
by lights of different colors and different speeds, and the image is clear.
