Many food raw materials need to be ground before processing. The heat generated
during the process can melt its sensitive ingredients and hinder the grinding
of the mill. For example, when grinding spices, absorbent food additives, sugar
substitutes and lecithin, liquid nitrogen is injected into the grinder to
protect valuable ingredients, which also increases the grinding output.
Moreover, the inertia of N2 also prevents fire and dust explosion



In addition to the function of deoxygenation and quality preservation, the
nitrogen-filled food packaging can effectively maintain the original color,
flavor, shape and nutritional value of the food for a long time as long as it
has the functions of pressure resistance, gas resistance and preservation

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
PSA technique (Pressure Swing Adsorption, PSA for short):it's a kind of
advanced gas separation technology, based on physical adsorption of gas
molecule on the internal surface of adsorbent (porous solid substances), using
adsorbents in the same pressure easy to absorb the high boiling point gas,
difficult to absorb low boiling point gas, and under high pressure adsorption
amount of absorbed gas increases, under low pressure adsorption of absorbed gas
to reduce the features to achieve gas separation. This process under pressure
adsorption of impurities, under reduced pressure adsorption of impurities, make
the adsorbent regeneration, is the PSA cycle.
