PP meltblown cartridge

PP meltblown cartridge is a tubular cartridge made of non-toxic and odorless
polypropylene particles, which is heated and melted, spewed, traction and
accepted for forming, and is used in water purification in large quantities.
It also has outstanding chemical compatibility and is suitable for the
filtration of strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvents. This kind of
cartridge is a kind of fixed pore size deep filtration core with ultra-fine
polypropylene fiber filter media, and the filter material meets the relevant
requirements of FDA.
High dirt retention capacity, a true graded capture of particles by density
is achieved throughout the deeper layers of the cartridge, allowing the
cartridge to be most fully effective; higher dirt retention capacity means a
long service life and low replacement frequency as well as cost savings; low
density at the surface of the cartridge and a gradual increase in density
from the surface to the centre of the cartridge; no surface blind spots that
would reduce the flow rate of the cartridge and increase the replacement
frequency.
