Product Introduction
The equipment is based on the original driver's side power seat, and fully
demonstrates the composition and working process of the car power seat with
memory function. It is suitable for the teaching needs of middle and higher
vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training
institutions for the theory and maintenance training of automobile power seats.
Second, functional characteristics
1. Real operable car driver's side power seat, fully display the composition of
car power seat.
Operate the power seat switch, which can adjust the front and rear movement,
tilt adjustment, front and rear vertical adjustment of the power seat, etc.;
The memory switch is operated to store driving position information, which can
be restored to the set seat position after others change the seat posture. A

2. The teach-in board panel adopts 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic panel
with corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire
prevention and moisture resistance, and the surface is sprayed with primer
treatment by special process; UV flatbed inkjet panel printed with color
circuit diagram that never fades; Students can visually compare circuit
diagrams and physical objects to understand and analyze the working principle
of car power seats.
3. The test terminal is installed on the panel of the teaching pendant, which
can directly detect the electrical signals of each circuit component of the
power seat, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc. on the
panel.
4. The panel part of the teaching board adopts 1.5mm cold plate stamping
forming structure, which has beautiful appearance; the bottom frame part adopts
steel structure welding, and the surface adopts spraying process with self-
locking caster device.
5. The teaching board works with ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is
converted into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit voltage transformation
rectification, without battery, reducing the trouble of charging, and 12V DC
power supply has anti-short circuit function.
