Portable earthing and earthing short circuits

Portable earthing and earthing short-circuit are used for temporary earthing of
electric power and rail transit during overhaul construction to ensure the safety of
workers.
Performance Standard: DL/T879 -2004 portable earthing and earthing short circuit
equipment for live working；
Material requirements: high purity copper wire, copper purity≥99.999%
Technical parameters: the grounding wire is made of many strands of soft copper
wire, the diameter of the single wire is not more than 0.2 mm, and the surface is
covered with transparent insulating layer (including the grounding wire, where it is
connected with the end clamp of the grounding wire) , the thickness of the
protective layer is not more than 1.5 mm.
The installation of the terminal adopts the secondary drawing process. The
transparent sheath of the grounding line is installed in the pipe and the spring is
added to form the secondary protection, therefore, the copper wire can not be broken
during the use, and the transparent heat-shrinkable tube is used for the terminal
sheath to observe whether the ground wire has been broken or not.
