The control circuit of ev charging pile is mainly completed by the embedded
ARM processor. Users can swipe their cards for user authentication, balance
query, billing query and other functions, as well as provide voice output
interface to realize voice interaction. Users can choose four charging modes
according to the INSTRUCTIONS of the LCD screen: charging by hour, charging by
power, auto charging, charging by mileage, etc.


CAN bus is used for data interaction between the controller of electric
vehicle charger and the concentrator, and wired Internet or wireless GPRS
network is used for data interaction between the concentrator and the server
platform. For the sake of security, the data of electricity charging and amount
are encrypted securely.


The main function of the battery management system (BMS) is to monitor the
working state of the battery (battery voltage, current and temperature),
predict the battery capacity (SOC) and the corresponding remaining mileage of
the power battery, and manage the battery to avoid over-discharge, over-charge,
over-heat and serious voltage imbalance between individual batteries. Maximize
battery storage capacity and cycle life.
