Wear-Resistant Pinch Roller Details
Daya Pinch Rollers are used at the entrance of the recoiling machine, its main
function is to lead the head position of strip to the inlet guide
of recoiling machine; secondly, to apply the desired tension to strip steel
when its tail end gets out from the finishing mill, it will help to get a good
coiling shape; thirdly, adjusting the level of the pinch roller to obtain a
good roll shape. The rubber layer is mainly made of polyurethane high strength
wear-resisting rubber or hard chromium plated on the surface.
