We are dealing on financial services, located in Portugal, we are part of
an European financial group.
We know there are thousands of pallets with US dollars ( not in
circulation) under  security in Transguard, Dubai. 
We have an excellent open repatriation facility.
Involvement "Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates" (CBUAE) for the
repatriation and payment of pallets with US dollars - not in circulation.
