Oxidized polyethylene wax/OPE wax

Wax as an important lubricant in the industrial field, is widely used in
PVC, plastic, rubber and many other industrial fields.
Oxidized polyethylene waxis made from polyethylene wax after special
oxidation process. The molecular chain has certain functional groups, so its
miscibility with polar resin has been significantly improved. Due to a
certain amount of carbonyl and hydroxyl groups in the molecular chain of
oxidized polyethylene wax, the compatibility with fillers, pigments and
polar resins is significantly improved. The wettability and dispersibility
in polar system are better than that of polyethylene wax, and it also has
coupling property. Due to its high melting point and low viscosity, it
promotes good resin fluidity, relatively reduces the power consumption of
resin mixing, reduces the adhesion between resin and mold, is easy to remove
film, plays the role of internal and external lubrication, and has good
antistatic property.

In the plastic processing industry, the internal and external lubrication of
PVC is relatively balanced. The lubricity of oxidized polyethylene wax added
to the rigid, transparent and opaque PVC formula is better than that of
other lubricants. It can also be used as raw and auxiliary materials for
textile softener, car wax and leather softener. It can be used as
dispersant, lubricant, brightener and coupling agent of pigment or filler
such as dense masterbatch, polypropylene masterbatch, additive masterbatch
and filling masterbatch. Rubber and plastic processing lubricants, film
removers and phase solvents. In the formulation of waterborne coatings and
inks, it provides excellent wear resistance, adhesion resistance and scratch
resistance

At present, oxidized polyethylene wax is widely used in PVC foam board, but
it is less used in other aspects due to price reasons. PVC foam board is the
most difficult to produce in PVC products, which has the most problems and
is the most difficult to solve. The plasticization can be significantly
accelerated after adding oxidized polyethylene wax. Here we can see the
