E-520 Product Descriptions
E-520 is a twin organic silicone nonionic surfactant with excellent substrate
wetting, anti-crater properties and low foam stability.

E-520 is a very comprehensive product that can not only wet the substrate, but also
prevent shrinkage and promote fluidity. Ideal for products that enhance the
performance of substrates. It is widely used in film products such as water-based
coatings, water-based adhesives, water-based inks, and polysilicon cutting fluids.

E-520 Product Features
Chemical composition: Silicone twin structure surfactant

Exterior: Transparent to slightly turbid yellow liquid (turbidity will not affect
product performance)

Active substance content: 100%

Application field
Waterborne coatings, adhesives, inks, metal processing, oil fields, polysilicon
cutting fluids
Substrate wetting, anti-shrinkage hole, promote leveling, low foam

It is very suitable for water-based systems and can also be used for solvent-based
systems. It is not suitable for two-component systems. Suitable for varnish coatings
and color pastes. Especially suitable for primers and basecoats, but also for
topcoats. Can replace TEGO 4000 series.
