Usage
Hole checker machine is mainly used for drilling quality inspection and
analysis of PCB drilling board and finished product board.The defects such as
the lack of holes (leaky drill and plug holes), multihole, internal burrs, big
holes, small holes, the length, width, Angle and other irreqular shaped holes
of the PCB drilling board and finished board are automatically detected, and
the equipment for classification of NG/OK is automatically determined.

Precise : Adopting high-precision CIS scanning system, automatic positioning,
image processing and detection technologies.
Effcient: when equipped with Multichannel sorting device and small plate parts,
multi-channel simultaneous detection is supported; the standard machine can
detect both plates at the same time; 3 and 6 channels can be customized at the
same time.
Characteristics : With network maintenance function, it can use several
terminals to view NG board defect information synchronously. and to overhaul
the NG board rapidly.
