Minimum shipping: 22 MT with option to gradually increase up to the mt

with an average of 8 days.
Incoterm: FOB, port of Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Compliance: The product will be delivered in FOB conditions 8 days after
payment is confirm by our bank.
Payment term: The payment to be made 100% in advance by Bank Transfer
Contract term: MINIMUM ONE YEAR WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF ROLLS AND
EXTENSIONS
Useful life period: 12 months from the date of manufacture and maintenance
under proper conditions.
Conservation instructions: In a cool and dry place, it should not be
exposed to the sun or heat, since high temperatures reduce its oxidative
stability. The storage conditions at the customer are minimum 8°C and
maximum 30°C.

Procedure for Olein purchase
1. Seller must send a LOI
2. The buyer confirms the complete corporate offer (FCO) of this document,
with seal and signature.
3. The buyer issues ICPO (Irreversible Corporate Purchase Order), (RWA
ICPO)
4. The seller submits a draft SP contract
5. The contract is signed by both parties
6. The value of the shipment will be paid 100 % in advance by bank transfer
7. The delivery of the Olein will be done after 8 days approximately after
our bank confirm the funds in our account.
8. Seller sends a complete set of documents:
Commercial invoices in favor of the Buyer
Certificate of origin / SGS Certified Report / Set OF Bill of Lading /
Origin Certificate /Phytosanitary Certificate.

Minimum Order: 22 metric tons
