anti-corrosion coating.
The sealing lip equipped with springs ensures the sealing reliability of the
dynamic and static seals of the shaft. After long-term development and
research, the sealing lip structure of the oil seal has been improved to good
performance, thereby improving the sealing reliability over a wider load range
 
Material selection of agricultural machinery oil seals
Agricultural machinery oil seals usually made of fluororubber material have
better corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance than those made of
IE material. It is recommended to use agricultural machinery oil seals made of
PTPE sealing material under conditions of no lubrication, pure dryness, and
multiple media. The sealing lip has sufficient lubrication ability, greatly
reducing lip wear.
 
A single agricultural machinery oil seal is not suitable for sealing two
different media. The presence of large amounts of chemicals increases the
impact on the material performance of the oil seal. The compatibility of the
oil seal with the sealing medium should be determined through laboratory
testing. The adaptability of different rubbers to the sealing medium used in
oil seals. The contamination of the sealing medium may be due to the negative
impact of sealing medium contamination on the sealing characteristics of the
cavity casting. It is necessary to pay attention to keeping the cavity clean as
much as possible.
